My first trip to the barbershop . . .

My first trip to the barbershop! It is not like a traditional barbershop - my barbershop is for KIDS ONLY!!! I sat in a special chair, played with toys, ate crackers, and watched a video . . . I could get used to this!
Before. And during . . . sorry no after shot! I can assure you it looks VERY similar to my previous style (mommy watched closely to make sure very little hair was actually cut)!

Fall Fun!

I am such a great helper. Today I helped mommy and daddy rake leaves.I couldn't resist jumping into the pile I worked so hard to build-up.You didn't hear this from me . . . raking leaves isn't so bad!!!!!

Happy Halloween!

I had so much fun trick-or-treating! This year I dressed up as a St. Bernard (trying to persuade mommy and daddy to buy me a dog, they say it's going to be a while).
Given how long it takes me to walk around the neighborhood (I am easily distracted), we only visited three houses. Next year, I plan on making it around the whole block!
I hope everyone had a SCARY Halloween!!

bbbbbbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....it's COLD!

Well it's official...Boston is MUCH colder than where I used to live. I guess I am going to have to get used to it! Last Sunday I witnessed my first snow. We got enough that it covered the ground. Here are some pictures of the action:

Mommy and me taking in the first flakes as they started coming down!

This is us a little later. Don't worry I wasn't outside too long without my coat ;-)

This shows how much it was really coming down. I wanted to go outside an play more but Mommy and Daddy were complaining about the cold.....

I have heard a lot about this snow stuff. I am excited for more!

Rubber ducky you're the one . . .

you make bath time so much fun!!!!

I LOVE bath time!

I am getting very good at washing my own face - usually I like to use my ducky wash cloth (you can see it in the background) - it's my favorite!

FALL HAS ARRIVED . . .

You know what that means . . . apple picking! Last weekend I enjoyed apple picking at Nicewicz Farm in Bolton, MA. I particularly enjoyed taking a bite out of each apple I touched. It was so much fun - I drove a tractor and I went on a hay ride. I also picked out my very own pumpkin for our front porch.

Teaching daddy how to drive a tractor . . .

Enjoying the fruits of my labor . . .

Showing daddy around the farm . . .

Selecting the finest pumpkin to display on our porch!

Video

Summer is over, but I wanted to share one last summer shot with you. It's a video - the audio didn't work, but you can see how steady I am on my feet and how much I love the water!

Summer Fun

It has only been one month since my last post so I am getting better keeping you all up to date! I have been busy doing LOTS of fun stuff. Here is a little photo montage of my adventures.

Ogunquit, Maine

Stopping to smell the flowers in Portsmouth, NH

Catching some zzzzzz's on my first bike ride on Martha's Vineyard

Checking out Boston from Harbor Islands National Park

All in all, it's been a GREAT summer! Best of all, much to my Daddy's chagrin, my hair is getting nice and long! See you all again soon.

On the move!!!

WOW! It has been nearly 4 months since my last update. I had no idea it would take so much work to move 6,000 miles! I left Hawaii on April 10th and am now well-settled in Boston. Since I wasn't able to keep you updated during the move, I will give you a quick recap of what I've been up to.

Before leaving Hawaii, movers came to our house and packed all of our stuff . . . including my toys (which I wasn't very happy about). I was sad to see everything go, but excited about the new adventures I was about to embark on.
After moving out of our house, we spent a little time at the beach. I'm definitely going to miss the beach!!!I was just getting used to moving around in the sand.
I headed east on April 10 and spent Easter with the Gallagher's in Chadds Ford, PA, where I participated in my first Easter egg hunt!
I also visited Longwood Gardens. I loved smelling the flowers.Best of all, I spent time with my Gallagher and Favret-Gallagher cousins! They showered me with attention! After visiting everyone, I headed to Boston.

I am enjoying everything Boston has to offer including my new backyard, road races, farms, the Children's Museum, the Aquarium and (good news) the ocean! The Children's Museum
The Corrib Road Race in West Roxbury (sporting my first pair of running shoes)
Great Brook State Park (I love cows)

As most of you know, I recently celebrated my 1st birthday. It was a BIG event!! I ate pizza and cupcakes and opened presents. My favorite present was the sandbox daddy built for me in our backyard - I play in it all the time!My sandbox - so cool!

That is what I've been up to over the last 4 months. The next four will probably be a little quieter - I will keep you posted. See you later

Lions and Tigers and Bears . . . OH MY!!!

My first trip to the zoo was so much fun!

I didn't actually see any lions or bears this time, but I did see tigers, monkeys, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, lots of birds and elephants
I was ready to take a ride on the rhino's back, but mom held me back (next time I will leave her at home). Here are photos of other cool reptiles, birds and animals I saw

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!!!

My first St. Patrick's Day was GREAT! We went to a party at the Connors/Ress house in Kailua. I dressed up in Shamrock attire, tried boiled food (the jury is still out) and ate a piece of Irish soda bread. My new friend, Connor, and I had matching shamrock onesies - so cool!

I am quite the walker now (with a little assistance, of course) so I strolled around their back yard for a bit.
Daddy could hardly keep up with me - probably a result of the beer!
When we got home, I was still ready to PARTY!

Keegan's First Slide

This is all VERY exciting stuff! My first slide - I handled it pretty well - the big kids better look out!

Keegan's First Swing

The video is not that clear, but you will catch a glimpse of me on the swing for the first time!

Long time no see ...

Sorry I have been away. We have been so busy - we took a trip to Boston where it was REALLY REALLY cold. So cold that we never even pulled the camera out! But, here are some other pictures from the last few weeks. I have grown a lot! In fact, I am already wearing 12-month clothes!

Before the weather got cold (it's only been in the 60's for the past two weeks . . . brrrr), I enjoyed a day at the beach. I'm getting really used to the warm water!

I love playing in the sand too!

Mom and dad took me to the playground for the first time - I had so much fun on the swing and slide. I can't wait to go back.

That's it for now. I will write again soon! I have a lot of updating to do.
