Go Red Sox . . . Go Phillies . . . Go Red Sox!!

I can't decide which team to root for! Today, I went to my first major league baseball game, and, of course, it was the Red Sox v. Phillies at Fenway Park. I had a great time and am already looking forward to my next game . . . maybe at Citizen's Bank Park!

Summer Kick-Off

Summer is officially here! I had a fun-filled Memorial Day weekend. On Saturday, I helped daddy plant our garden (I dug up all the bean seeds he planted)! On Sunday, I spent the morning with Meg and Rob while Mommy and Daddy ran a half marathon. We went to the playground and then to a birthday party for my friends Mikey and Chandler, who turned 1. It was pretty hot on Sunday so when we arrived home after the party, I played under the sprinkler. So much fun . . .

I was a little hesitant at first, but soon I stepped right into the water!

The sprinkler is a lot of fun!!

I just could not get enough of it . . .

On Monday, we went to Franklin Park Zoo. I saw gorillas, lions, tigers, zebras, giraffes, snakes, birds, ostriches and farm animals . . . to name a few. My favorites were the gorillas and Christopher the lion.

Christopher the lion was asleep when we first arrived at his den . . .

but soon he woke up and roared his terrible roar!!!

I think we disturbed his nap.

I have so many more summer activities planned. Keep checking-in so you can keep up with all of my activities. Talk to you again soon!!

Hotlanta!

We recently took a trip to Atlanta, Georgia to visit our very good friends Brooke and Paul. It was so great to see them! They hardly recognized me because I have grown soooo much since our last visit (I was only 10 months old). Here is a shot of our reunionWe are on top of Stone Mountain - you can see downtown Atlanta behind us. We saw everything Atlanta has to offer. We went to the aquarium (which is much bigger than the New England Aquarium). The jellyfish were a big hit.

I also loved the tank with the sharks, stingrays and turtles!

After visiting the aquarium, we walked around Olympic Centennial Park. It was hot (hence "Hotlanta") so I cooled off at the water fountain. At first, mommy didn't want to get wet . . .

But I really wanted to run through the water so in we went . . .

We got pretty wet!! After leaving the park we went to the CNN headquarters (Mommy's Mecca). I fit right in

I am camera-ready . . .

Look out Anderson Cooper . . .

Atlanta was so much fun!! I can't wait to go back for another visit.

Happy Spring!

I am really enjoying the spring weather. The first nice weekend came at Easter when I was in New York City. I spent the weekend with my Grandmom and Pop Pop Gallagher, aunts, uncles and cousins in the big city to celebrate Grandmom's birthday. Here are a few snapshots from the weekend . . .

The Easter Bunny came - he brought me a backpack - it has sharks on it!

We got dressed up and had our pictures taken in Central Park.

And, best of all, we ate brunch at a fancy hotel. I enjoyed my favorite . . . pancakes with maples syrup, of course!

Busy Winter...

Sorry it has been so long. It has just been so busy that I forgot all about my blogging responsibilities. Here are some quick snapshots of what I have been up to...

I have been learning to play my drum!

The highlight of my winter was meeting Curious George! And seeing all kinds of things related to George at the Boston Children's Museum.

Like the sliding board.....
Mommy read some of my favorite George books to me....
And I checked-out the elevator in George's apartment building...

This was also the first Valentine's Day I remember....This is for all my grandparents!

I am ready for Spring...it is beautiful outside today so no more internet for me. Time to go play! I will be more mindful of my blogging responsibilities throughout the spring! Talk to you soon . . .

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! On New Year's Eve, mommy, daddy, and I traveled to northern Vermont with Uncle Rob and Aunt Meg to ski at Jay Peak for the weekend. It was a long drive, but totally worth the trip. We arrived just before midnight. I woke up from my nap in the car and toasted the New Year with everyone. Cheers!! I, of course, was enjoying a special treat . . . apple juice.

On New Year's Day, we hit the slopes. It was pretty cold, but I wasn't going to let the frigid temperature stop me. I was ready to start preparing for the 2026 Winter Olympics!

The Magic Carpet was no match for me - I was begging to go up the chair lift, but mommy insisted that I wait until next year.

Check out my carves on the bunny slope!!

When I wasn't skiing, I was practicing my slap shot (I haven't decided whether to focus on hockey or skiing).

All in all, a GREAT trip!

The Holidays!!!

Sorry it has taken me so long to write - here is an update of the things I have been up to. It has been so crazy around here, we are always traveling or visiting people. Whew! The holidays were busy busy busy. It started with Thanksgiving visiting my Grandmom and Pop Pop in Pennsylvania. I spent a lot of time with my cousins. Here is my cousin Abby showing me around outside.
Then, a couple of weeks before Christmas, we had our first big snow storm. Mom and Dad took me to Lars Anderson Park for some fun. Check it out, it was beautiful.

Finally, Christmas was here! On Christmas Eve, I put on my favorite Santa pajamas, had a quick chat with the jolly old guy and went to bed.

When I came downstairs on Christmas morning it was amazing. Santa brought me so many new things to play with. Here are a few of my favorite toys . . .
